In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law"), your personal data may be processed by Evly Pharma Kozmetik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Evly" or the "Company") as the data controller within the scope described below.

https://thepurestsolutions.live/ – the “Contact” page at this address: the information you share there (first name, last name, mobile phone, e-mail and the content of your message) is processed to carry out customer satisfaction processes and to respond to your requests and complaints as soon as possible; requests and complaints are sorted within our Company by the relevant department and immediately forwarded so that the requests and complaints of our customers or visitors can be resolved as soon as possible.

Your personal data may, in accordance with the Law, be transferred upon request to public authorities and institutions and to the supplier engaged in connection with the purpose. The purpose of processing personal data and the purpose of transferring the data are in line with each other.

Your personal data is collected by a partially automated method through the form you complete at https://thepurestsolutions.live/ . Your personal data is processed on the basis of the standard contract for transfers abroad and, in addition, in accordance with the conditions that processing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations and that processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right .

As a data subject, we inform you that, pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights:

  • To request information if your personal data has been processed, 

  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, 

  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, 

  • To request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and to request that the action taken in this context be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, 

  • To request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and to request that the action taken in this context be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, 

  • To object to the emergence of a result against you through the exclusive analysis of the processed data by automated systems, 

  • To request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data. 

  

You may submit your requests regarding the rights stated above to us in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. You may send your requests for information and applications by going to https://thepurestsolutions.live/   and completing the “Data Subject Application Form”, and sending it via the Company's e-mail address hello@thepurestsolutions.live or evlypharmakozmetik@hs01.kep.tr with a secure electronic signature or from your personal e-mail address.  In addition, you may send it by post to our Company's headquarters at  “Şerifali Mah. Söyleşi Sok. No :41/A Ümraniye / Istanbul”. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged to you according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
